Inspection Method Of Wear-Resistant Parts And Orientation Sleeve Of Shot Blaster Blasting blade

Inspection of wear-resistant parts of shot blaster

After each work of the shot blasting equipment, the wear of the wear parts of the shot blasting device should be checked. The following describes the situation of several wear-resistant parts: the blade is the part that rotates at high speed during operation and is most susceptible to wear, and the wear status of the blade should be checked frequently. When one of the following conditions occurs, the blade must be replaced in time:

1. The blade thickness is reduced by 4 ~ 5mm.

2. The blade length is reduced by 4 ~ 5mm.

Inspection method of the shot blaster in severe vibration

If the shot blasting device is installed in the shot blasting room easily accessible by maintenance personnel, the blade can be inspected in the shot blasting room. If it is difficult for maintenance personnel to enter the shot blasting room, they can only observe the blades outside the shot blasting room, that is, open the shell of the electric shot blaster for inspection. Generally, when replacing the blades of the shot blaster, they should all be replaced. When replacing, check the weight difference between the two symmetrical blades must not exceed 5g, otherwise the shot blaster will have greater vibration during operation.

Inspection of the wear of the directional sleeve of the shot blaster

1. The rectangular window of the directional sleeve is easily worn. The wear of the rectangular window of the orientation sleeve should be checked from time to time to adjust the position of the orientation window or replace the orientation sleeve in time.

2. Within 10 mm of the window wear, the window wears 5 mm, and the directional sleeve must be turned and rotated by 5 mm against the impeller along the directional sleeve position mark. The window is worn again by 5 mm, and the directional sleeve must be turned against the impeller along the directional sleeve position mark and then rotated by 5 mm.

3. Replace the orientation sleeve when the window is worn more than 10 mm.

The timely inspection and replacement of the wear-resistant parts of the shot blasting equipment can not only extend the use of the shot blaster but also ensure the safe and orderly production.
